Research Vessel Heraclitus has received over $40,000 in donations and supplies, including all of the marine paint needed to seal the ship from Jotun Paints. A heartfelt thank you to Adam Stuchlik and the Jotun Paints team, and all of our donors and sponsors, to date, especially the Maine Community Foundation, Quaker Hill Foundation and the Roses Shipyard.
We are so close to the finish line we can taste the salt. We are very much looking forward to painting the ship and getting out to sea, however we still need financial inputs to keep the voyage going.
